DIRECTOR & SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Natalia is the founder and Senior Occupational Therapist of Grow OT Therapy. She graduated with a Masters of Occupational Therapy in 2016 and has been working as an Occupational Therapist for over 9 years across a broad range of disciplines and settings including paediatrics, acute hospital and sub-acute rehabilitation. She created this business in 2020 from her passion to help children, adults and families grow as they develop strategies to be the best they can be. When she is not working, her favourite things to do are spending time with my family, playing tennis and being in the garden.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Claudia graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) in 2022 has been working as an Occupational Therapist for over four years. She has experience working across a variety of areas in acute and sub-acute hospital settings and paediatrics. Claudia enjoys working with adults and children, and supporting them to grow and achieve their individual goals.
ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Renai graduated with a Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance in 2022 and Bachelor of Health Science (Therapy Studies) in 2024. She has been working as an Allied Health Assistant for over four years with experience working in paediatrics, acute and sub-acute hospital settings in dementia, brain injury, stroke, burns, amputees and general rehabilitation. Renai enjoys meeting lots of new people everyday, building connections, making a difference and being able to help people achieve their goals. Renai also works as a flight attendant whilst she takes a break from her studies and enjoys travelling around Australia. When shes not working she likes running and spending time at the beach.
ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANT
Ella is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). Ella currently works with us an Allied Health Assistant and brings a diverse range of experience in paediatrics, having worked as an Allied Health Assistant and Support Worker with children and adolescents for the past five years, as well as an Education Support Officer in a primary school for four years. She really enjoys supporting clients to achieve their individual goals an being part of their journey, especially building genuine connections an seeing them engage in activities that are meaningful to them. In her spare time she enjoys pilates, spending time at the beach with friends and travelling.
